Showcase of 'Perfume Garden entries :)

Fantastic effort this month ladies. This has been our best ever challenge with the amount of entries received. I'm just over the moon!!! lol

We had 25 entries for the month with 8 newbies joining in. Do you know how hard its going to be to pick the winners from so many entries of such high standard.

Note: This beats Van Gogh's 'Starry Night' challenge back in October 2009 where we had 21 entries, so well done to all who joined in...........

So, here is a 'Showcase' of all the 'Perfume Garden' - by John Coburn entries for the month. This helps the Design Team with the judging of entries :) So hang in there, it will be a couple of days before we get back to you with all the winners !!!

I will start posting July's inspiration very soon.

Thankyou so very much for helping to make this challenge site so FANtastic!!

Here's a double page layout entry from.......

Cecelia Blanco - Gone Fishing

Hello there Shazza and Dt members;0) I started this LO three days ago and was not sure if I was going to finish. For some reason my mojo was not working so nothing was clicking;0( But last night I guess I was in the "mood" and it all came together and all I can say is that I absolutely love this LO;0) These are my three children last year at my Mom and Dad's in Kansas fishing for the first time. My uncle has a lake in his backyard so my parents took them fishing and they each caught a small fish. They were so excited! I rarely do double Lo's but I saw the sketch on another blog and I wanted to keep the pictures together so I decided to do it;0) Sorry about not having birds:0( The only bird I have is a humming bird and it did not go with the theme of the Lo. Guess I need to Hope you all enjoy! - Cecelia

Great double page layout, its come together beautifully :) How lucky to have an uncle who has a lake in his backyard. Some great photos of the kids fishing, I'm glad that each caught a fish! Thanks for joining in the challenge for the month, your mojo obviously kicked in and i'm happy that you got a chance to finish it off. Great work - Shazza

Regards Judith Armstrong

Hi Judith, I must say Daylesford is beautiful in the Autumn and I can understand making a trip there and getting some great photos. Love your handmade tree complete with rings :) and I love that you took the time to make your handmade leaves. Great photos and what an apt title. Love all of this - Shazza

Here is my take on your challenge.. Love the criteria like I said.
This is my gorgeous soul mate.. My 19 yr old daughter who left home 12 weeks ago. We are now 1400km away from each other and I cant stand it.. But thank god for this gorgeous obsession scrap booking... I can keep creating beautiful memories of her each and every day.
Thanks Shazza.

Thanks Lisa, your entry is just beautiful, love all your bits and pieces, as I said if you had of added a 'Drink me bottle' you could have entered it in FS2S's 'Alice in Wonderland' themed challenge this month. lol Love the ruled measurement up the l/h side of your page, just perfect for your title 'Grow'. I'm glad you have your scrapbooking to make more memories of your daughter. You have covered everything in this challenge and it has turned out stunning! - cheers
