Bibby Manning - Our Nan

I chose to use my Nan as inspiration for this project, she celebrated her 95th birthday on Monday, and as the picture of inspiration on Julys challenge was of 'the olden days'..she fit the criteria perfectly!
I used shades of brown and teal, I handmade the ribbon rose from chiffon and paint distressed and used a rub on to decorate my button , the feather makes the brown flower 'pop' a little and my painted chipboard frame highlights my angel playing card.

The swirled corner is just gorgeous and love how you incorporated the hanging pendant with attached metal crown. Your Nan looks so happy and cheerful in that pic and love how you finished the page off with an angel card and organza bow. Well done!! Shazza
