Here is a great entry from one of our regular entrants.....

Julene Matthews - Farewell

Hi Shazza, Here's a layout from my wedding in 1982, where I was saying farewell to my one and only nephew.(He's now 36!) It is a special memory for me.I used a wedding proof of Nathan and his parents to echo the big picture.
The technique I used was embossing with copper foil using a stylus over a patterned picture frame. It went so well with the Rebecca Sower paper called Beeswax. There is a bee with wings, also in copper foil on the bottom left hand side. This was a great challenge, thank you. Julene Matthews
Julene! Love how you tried this embossing with copper foil technique on your entry! You have done so well - the swirly frame is the best!!  The little copper bee is so cute. Love the earthy colors of the whole layout, and that bees wax paper is awesome (note to self - must try and find some!) Very impressive work! Cheers Shazza
