Introducing our 2018 Design Team
in no particular order ...

I live on the Central Coast of New South Wales, Australia which is a 90 minute drive North of Sydney. I am a wife to a wonderful husband who is very supportive of my scrapbooking and a mother of two - a 22 year old girl and a 17 year old boy. I began my scrapbook journey around 11 years ago and I mainly scrapbook about my family. I love to create and experiment with many different mediums and techniques. I also love using lots of flowers. One of the main reasons I started scrapbooking was to preserve memories and photos for my children. My style is always evolving and that is one of the things I love about scrapbooking.

I live in Norway just north of the capitol Oslo. I live with my husband and son and I also have a stepdaughter. I've always taken pictures and put them in albums, but I have been scrapping since 2004. The last two or three years I have also started making cards and I have relatively recently start with PL pages. I guess I am one of few that scrap everything and chronologically. Scrapping is my way to retrieve energy and relax. I do not know if I have any special style and if I have I do not quite know what category it falls under. I'm very fond of using stencil and mist and make LO with layers.

I have been scrapping for more than 10 years and over that time I have tried lots of different techniques. However, I hope I have stuck to the idea that the purpose of scrapbooking is to document life’s moments both for myself and future generations (hopefully). I live in tropical north Queensland with my husband. We are so grateful that we are able to see our children and grandchildren often and they feature in much of my work. I love many forms of creative work and have a particular passion for sewing as well as scrapbooking so I do often combine the two.

I'm a craftaholic who lives in Melbourne with my husband, three year old son and adopted greyhound. I've been scrapbooking for about 3 years but have been playing with paper (e.g. making handmade cards) for as long as I can remember. I also enjoy other crafts, such as sewing, quilting and glass tile mosaics and often like to incorporate elements of these into my papercraft. I love participating in various craft challenges because they inspire me to try new styles and techniques.

I live on the Gold Coast with my husband Wes, who I might add is very supportive of my scrapbooking addiction. We have two teenage children who keep me busy driving them around everywhere they need to go. They are the reason I started scrapbooking 15 plus years ago. Recently I have started taking part in monthly challenges. I love seeing what other people create and how they interpret things. I am really enjoying using mixed media elements on my work, not bad for someone who hated getting her hands messy! Something I do love about scrapbooking is how our style can change just with new products being introduced.

I took up scrapbooking about 3 years ago and instantly fell in love with messy mixed media supplies – paint, gesso, texture paste. I’m still exploring my preferred style and enjoy light bright colours as well as grungy deep colours. As long as the colours and embellishments assist with telling the story of the piece, I’m content for the moment.

I live in Busselton, Western Australia. I have been married for 16 years and have 4 children; 3 girls and 1 boy. I started scrapbooking 15 years ago and it became my passion when my son was born and later diagnosed with Autism. Scrapbooking has helped me preserve the good memories we have throughout the difficult times. I like to use different medians and techniques and often wish my poor art teacher could see my work now after my lack of skills during art lessons. I love to use lots of elements in my pages but my main aim is to keep the photo and memories the focus. I love the journey scrapbooking has taken me including meeting so many amazing people through the blogging world.

I have been scrapping now for well over ten years using this wonderful craft as both my creative outlet and a way to preserve my family’s precious memories. I scrap using both traditional paper and digital methods, mixing my pages equally amongst these two styles. My personal layout style has evolved over the years and while I will happily try a mix of varied techniques, I do tend to lean towards a clean, relatively simple style with heavy emphasis on white space. I like to capture not only those special events in our lives but also everyday family moments.
