Deb Clark -@ 17
Hi Shazza, Well time marches on in many ways, & been many a long year
since I was 17, but decided to use this photo a friend took of me &
play around with this LO, from inspiration from Rubens 'Venus at
her Toilet'. How wonderful is his painting! How gorgeous is this
cherub!!
I am a real novice at Photoshop & so to have success in flipping
my photo to a mirror image was a joy I have to say!! I chose the
deep rich colours as my base, with lots of roses...I just felt I had to
use roses, plus some pearls too, as our main subject has on a pearl
bracelet. I really enjoyed hand cutting the vellum, & some
stamping & distressing too. My wings are a set of butterfly wings...that sense of freedom in youth. A glorious challenge, many thanks Cheers, Deb xx
